Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 banana
- Handful of spinach
- Pumpkin seeds
- ½ tsp of Peppermint Matcha
- Optional: full fat coconut milk
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except coconut milk to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Top Shake with whipped, full fat coconut milk.
- Enjoy!
